Mr. Abimbola Olashore is an Engineering graduate of the University of Hull, U.K. and a Master degree in Business Administration from IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Fellow Chartered Institute of Taxasation, Fellow, Institute of Directors (FioD), Fellow of iapm among others. A seasoned investment banker, he has over the years acquired in-depth knowledge and vast experience in the capital market as well as financial advisory services in the public and private sector. Mr. Olashore was one time or the other Managing Director of Lead Bank Group, Executive Director of Ecobank Nigeria Plc., Managing Director, LeadCapital Plc. He has held many board positions, among which are, Director of Kakawa Discount House Limited, Finance Institutions Training Centre (FITC), Nigerian Interbank Settlement System Plc., Crusader Sterling Pensions Limited. He is currently the Chairman, Board of Governors of Oladele Olashore International School Association, Lead Asset Management Limited and Lead Securities Limited, Director, Unico CPFA Limited, Hon. Treasurer, Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce (NBCC) and CEO/Founder, Lead Advisory Partners Limited.

Mr. Olufemi Awoyemi, B.Sc. (Hon), FCA, AMNIM, ACIT, AIMC, AIoD, serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Proshare Nigeria Limited since 2006. Mr. Awoyemi is the Principal Partner at Awoyemi & Co. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at P2P Media Partners Limited. He also served as the Head of Treasury and Management Accounts at British American Tobacco where he left as a Member of Senior Management with responsibilities for Treasury and Management Accounts. Mr. Awoyemi also served at PricewaterhouseCoopers, UAC, Eterna Oil and Gas Plc, Phillips Consulting, Fountain Trust Bank Plc and Change Management Associates. In the past, he served as the Founding Managing Director of Moneywise and went on to be the Editor-in-Chief of Personal Finance until 2006. Mr. Awoyemi is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ValueFronteira Limited since 2009. He is also the board chairman of View Limited. Earlier, he served as the Founding Chairman of the Editorial Board of Brandfaces. He also served as a Director of The Investment Club Network of Nigeria; Independent Board Member of Northwards Housing and Manchester City Council ALMO; Member of the Board of Trustees of Kingdom Life Ministries and NigerianAffairs.com. He is also an Editorial Board Member of the Banking Journal. He is a Fellow of IAPM.

Mrs. Oluseyi Olufunke Aiyepola studied Law at the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) before proceeding to the Nigerian Law School. She holds an MBA from the Pan African University. She has over twenty four (24) years of Banking/Trusteeship experience, having worked in the Legal Department of Union Bank of Nigeria Plc and as Head of Trust services, Union Trustees Ltd. She has also held the position of Executive Vice-Chairman of Retwells Properties Ltd. Prior to her appointment as MD, UTL Trust and Management Services Limited, she was the General Manager/CE of Oceanic Trustees Ltd. Mrs. Aiyepola has attended various professional courses locally and abroad, some of which include, Entrepreneurship, International Financial Law, Law and Practice of Banking, Building New Businesses in Established Institutions. She is a Director of UBN Insurance Brokers Limited, and also a Member of the Association of Corporate Trustees. She is a Fellow of IAPM.

Toyin Sanni

Mrs Sanni is the immediate past President of the Association of Investment and Portfolio Managers and the current Group CEO of Emerging Africa Capital Group. Prior to joining Emerging Africa Group, she served as the GCEO of United Capital Plc. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, LLB from the University of Ife, Masters in Law, LLM from the University of Lagos and is a Fellow of the Association. Her previous roles include, MD, UBA Trustees, CEO, UBA Global Investor Services, MD, Cornerstone Trustees Ltd and AGM, First Trustees Nigeria Limited. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, Nigeria. She has served severally as President of the Association of Corporate Trustees, Council Member, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, Nigeria, Member, National Bond Steering Committee, Member, West African Capital Market Integration Technical Committee and Chairperson of the Custody Sub-Committee of the Capital Market Committee. She also served as Chairman of the Annual Capital Market Retreat Committee for 2012 to 2014. She sits on several Boards and is a frequent Speaker at local and international conferences. She is the author of the Inspirational Book “Yes You Too Can”. She is a Fellow of IAPM.

Dr. Olufemi Oyetunji is a past President of iapm and the Managing Director of Continental Reinsurance Plc. He obtained a First Class Honours degree from University of Manchester in 1976 and a Masters from Imperial College London and Ph.D (University of Manchester, London). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries a title he obtained in 1992 after spending some years with Bacon and Woodrow, Epsom England (the largest actuarial consulting firms in Europe at that time). On his return to Nigeria in 1992, he joined Aiico Insurance Plc. where he rose to the position of General Manager before moving to Crusader Insurance Plc as the Managing Director in 1998, a position he held until the formation of Alexander Forbes Consulting Actuaries Nigeria Limited where he served as the Managing Director until his appointment as the Managing Director of Continental Reinsurance Plc., till date. He is a Fellow of IAPM.

Kayode Falowo

Mr. Kayode Falowo serves as Chief Executive Officer of Greenwich Trust Limited. Mr. Falowo has over twenty-five years of working experience in the financial sector. He serves as Managing Director of Greenwich Trust Group. He serves as Director of Greenwich Trust Limited. He is a distinguished Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, the Institute of Management Consultants, Nigerian Society of Engineers, Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce and Nigerian-Indian Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Technical Committee of the Bureau of Public Enterprise (BPE), member Presidential Advisory Committee on the Nigerian Capital Market and was the Chairman of the Association of Issuing Houses of Nigeria. He has a BSc. (Hons) Agricultural Engineering, an MBA degree and a Diploma certificate holder in Information Management. He is a Fellow of IAPM.

Leo Okafor is a lawyer with many years of experience in the legal profession. He began his working career with the Law firm of Afam Joseph & Co., Jos, Plateau State from where he joined the reputable law firm of G.Elias & Co., Lagos. Thereafter, he left Legal practise for the Trusteeship Industry where he joined First Trustees Nigeria Limited. After that, he proceeded to NAL Asset Management & Trustees Limited where he established the Trust Services Department and ran it for six years. He left NAL Asset Management Limited (now Sterling Asset Management) for Zenith bank Plc where he was made the pioneer Managing Director of Zenith Trustees Limited. After his stint at Zenith, he worked at Bank PHB Plc (now Keystone Bank Limited) where he was made the Managing Director of PHB Capital & Trust Limited (“PC&T”). Following the divestment of Keystone from PC&T in compliance with the CBN directive, Leo took up the role as General Counsel/Group Company Secretary for United Capital.
He holds a Bachelor of Law degree, LL.B (Hons) from the University of Lagos and Master of Law . He is a Fellow of IAPM.

Olubusayo Adeniyi is a Financial Manager with over 18 years varied experience in Finance, Money and Capital Market. Prior to joining the Emerging Africa Capital Group as the MD of their EA Trsutees Limited. He worked with United Capital Group, Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc, a member of Standard Bank Group of South Africa and Springboard Trust & Investment Limited. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Ambrose Alli University and a Master’s Degree in Finance from Manchester Business School. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Accountants of Nigeria and a Fellow of IAPM.

He is the Executive Secretary of the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers (iapm). He started his working career with Ondo State Teaching Commission as an auxiliary Secondary School Teacher in 1988. He later joined the financial sector in 1992 and was at one time or the other worked with Kola Awodein & Co., Land-Gold Finance Limited, Nationwide Merchant Bank Limited etc. before joining the Association in 1995. Mr. Akinduro holds HNC and B.Sc. in Computer Science and Information Management from the University of Lagos and the Lagos State University and MBA (Business Law). He has attended various courses on Investments including Bonds-Fixed Income Investment Techniques, Asset and Portfolio Management, Trusteeship, and Pension Management Mechanics courses. He is on the Editorial Board of iapm Newsletters. Mr. Akinduro a Fellow of IAPM, was a member of Nigeria Financial System Strategy – FSS 2020 project committee and of the Nigeria – United Kingdom Emerging Capital Markets Taskforce.

Funke Okoya is an Executive Director-Business Development of NOVA Merchant Bank where she is responsible for Corporate Banking, Energy Bank, Products/Channels, Digital Banking and the Bank’s subsidiaries. She was previously the Head, Corporate Bank Group where she was responsible for originating and managing the Bank’s relationships with Corporate and Institutional clients. She has over 20 years experience covering Corporate and Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Credit and Risk Management, Operations, Customer Services, Technology, Project Management, Strategy and Communications

Prior to joining the Bank, she was the Director, Client Origination and Coverage of Emerging Africa Capital Group and served as the Group Head Corporate Banking at Coronation Merchant Bank. She was a Regional Bank Head, Commercial Banking Group at Access Bank Plc and a pioneer business manager of two branches at the United Bank for Africa Plc. She started her career in Risk Management and Commercial Banking Group at Ecobank Nigeria Plc.

Funke Okoya is a Business Administration graduate of the University of Lagos and holds an MBA from Business School Netherlands. She is an alumnus of INSEAD Business School where she attended its Advanced Corporate Finance Programme. She is a certified Fellow and council member of the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers.

Mr. Lawal Yantaba Abu is the General Manager (Finance) in Nigerian Security Printing and Minting PLC. He holds B.SC (Accountancy), MSC (Accountancy), FCA, FCIA, FCIT, FICA, FITN, ACIPM, FCMA, and a Fellow of IAPM. He has attended various local and overseas courses.

Frances I. Bekey holds a National Certificate in Education (NCE), B.Sc. degree in Business Education and a Masters degree in Business Administration. She is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Banks of Nigeria and has held several top management positions in her banking career rising to the post of an Assistant General Manager at the Centre-Point Merchant Bank Limited before the consolidation era and later an Assistant General Manager, Unity Bank Plc. She is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive of Future Growth Microfinance Bank Limited. She is a Fellow of IAPM.
